The staff were warm and helpful. The hotel's courtyard with a lovely swimming pool was a good retreat after a busy day.

The building is neat, the room is big and quiet. The location is very central.

Loved the quadruple room with airconditioning, and particularly good location to the airport until the evening time. The pool was nice and the staff was very friendly and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was really close to a nice neighbourhood of Barranquilla, the upper class business area, and an island...

Breakfast was a good start to my day, with fresh organic fruit and local protein dishes that energized me for my culinary explorations. The staff were really good, always friendly and helpful. Plus, I found myself in a great neighborhood close to some fantastic dining options, like Mardeleva Restaurante and IL Fascino.

The beds and linens felt a tad worn and lacked that fresh wash scent. The bathroom didn't have hot water, and the AC was preset, limiting my comfort. Not to mention, I could hear the neighboring room late into the night. Looks like it's time for an update on the hotel's photos!

Marvellous location a super close walk to La Inmaculada. Positioned 19 miles from the airport.

Everything was excellent, favourable location very close to a nice neighbourhood as well as an island, really great experience. Fancy room, that also was fine with airconditioning. I thoroughly enjoyed excellent breakfast. Highly recommended for carnival.

We liked the staff. Everyone was very helpfull.

Watch out for the doorman. He is also very helpful but you need to bend him to your needs and not what he has an interest in. We wanted some help finding a way to Santa Marta and he talked us into taking a van that promised to take us from door to door. It cost twice as much as the fairly comfortable bus (Berlina) but was not as comfortable and the driver was not very "charming". Would never recommend that to anyone.He's very charming. The location is good if you want to be in the Prado area. Take the elevator up to the rooftop to get a view of the city .

We enjoyed our stay with two little kids. The hotel's location is perfect, close to shops and fun places to visit. Breakfast was a highlight. The fresh fruit and local protein dishes energized us for the day ahead.

My kids wished for quieter nights without party noises.

All fine, but breakfast was good.
